Happy Clinic

The shopping center gets really crowded on the weekends, but during the week it’s a bit more manageable here in Bajwa. We are right near the Prime Co Op Bank, so we see a lot of people walking back and forth doing their banking business. Our space in Thakkar Shopping Centre isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. There is a small counter where we keep the registers and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We try to keep things tidy, though with so many people coming in and out from the Vadodara streets, some dust always manages to find its way inside. It’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of the day is spent just talking to the locals and helping them out with whatever brought them through the door. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or they were already at the shopping center for something else. It feels like a small community inside this building. We know the shop owners next door and sometimes we share a cup of tea when things are slow in the afternoon. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just open up, do our tasks, and go home when the sun starts to go down. It’s a honest way to spend the day here in Vadodara.
