Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Limited is located out in Narmadanagar. It is a massive place, almost like a small town on its own once you get inside. We make fertilizers and various chemicals too. If you are ever around this part of Gujarat, you have probably seen the tall chimneys and the housing colony for the workers from the highway. It is an industrial site, so there is always some noise or steam coming from somewhere in the complex. We have been operating here for a long time. The work is steady, mostly focusing on urea and other things that farmers need for their soil. It is not the kind of place where you sit in a plush chair all day. Most of us are out on the plant floor or checking the gauges in the control rooms. The sun gets really hot out here in the open spaces between the buildings. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out every hour to pick up the heavy loads. It can be a bit chaotic near the main gates during the shift changes when everyone is heading home. We don't really do much advertising because people around here already know where we are and what we produce. It is just a big, practical facility where a lot of local people earn their living. We just try to keep the machines running and the production moving along without any big delays.
