Kusum Packaging

Kusum Packaging is over in the Gidc Ind. Estate at 11 5/4. Being in an industrial estate means it's always noisy with trucks coming and going, which is fine by us. We handle a lot of different packaging needs. Most of the day is spent looking at dimensions and making sure everything fits like it should. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time. It's a practical space. We have stacks of materials everywhere, so it can get a bit cramped when a big order comes in. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We’d rather just focus on getting the boxes and wraps ready. The people working here have been with us for a while, so we all know how the machines act up and how to fix them quickly. It's not a glamorous job, but every product needs a way to get shipped safely, so we stay busy. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the warehouse tough to work in, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We like being part of the Gidc community. You get to know the neighbors and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or an extra hand. That's just how it is around here. We don't need much more than that to keep us happy and moving along each week.
