You can find us at Plot No. D-3, 2, in the Gidc area. Roquette Riddhi Siddhi Pvt. Ltd. has been operating here for quite some time now. It’s a place where things are constantly being processed. You can usually tell what's going on by the smell of the corn or the steam coming from the pipes. We aren't a corporate office with carpets; it’s more about concrete floors and steel tanks. The morning shift starts early, and there’s always a line of trucks waiting at the gate to load up. We keep a ledger of who comes in and out, and the security guard, Ram Singh, knows everyone by name. It gets humid inside, especially near the boilers, so we take breaks whenever we can. The management sits in a small block near the front, but they’re usually out on the floor anyway checking on the machines. We’ve had the same crew for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the work done. Everyone knows their station and what's expected. Sometimes we have a little celebration if it's someone's birthday, with some sweets from the local shop. It’s a practical life, focused on the output and making sure nothing breaks down. When the power goes out, we all just sit outside for a bit and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just how things go around here. We just do the work and then head back home.
