R P Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 314, 315. It’s a decent-sized setup that spans both plots, giving us enough room to move things around without tripping over each other. The building is an older style, with thick walls and a corrugated metal roof that makes a hell of a noise when it rains. We don’t have much in the way of fancy office furniture. There are just some sturdy desks and a lot of filing cabinets for our paperwork. Most of the action happens out on the main floor where the machines are. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, especially during the dry season, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment. We don’t really go in for big meetings or long discussions. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be done over a quick cup of tea and then get to it. Being on Plot 314 and 315 means we have a bit of space out front for loading and unloading, which is helpful when the big trailers show up. Sometimes the power is a bit patchy, so we have to work around that. It’s just how it is in this area. We’ve been operating this way for years and don’t see much reason to change. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the way the place looks. We just want to do the work, get the orders out, and make sure everything is in order before we lock up for the night.
