At Akanksha Paper Mills Pvt. Ltd., we are located at Plot No. 6108 and 6109. Having two plots gives us the room we need for the big rolls and the machinery. It is a lot of space to keep clean, but we try our best. The smell of paper is everywhere, which is something you get used to after the first week. We have been here for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of use. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more focused on the production lines than the decor. It is a loud place when everything is running, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard over the hum. Our team is small but they know exactly what they are doing. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging up. Just some calendars and safety notices. It’s a real working mill. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down and we all have to pitch in to fix it. But that is how it goes when you run a place like this. We are just local people working in the paper business. No frills, no fuss. If you come by the plots, you’ll see us in our work clothes just getting through the daily list and making sure the machines stay running.
