Down in Village Jolva, specifically at B- 2/6-A in the Dahej-2 Industrial Estate, is where you will find us. Being part of the GIDC in Dahej means we are in a massive industrial zone. It’s a long way from the city, and the landscape is filled with pipes and large structures. Our particular spot in Jolva has its own character. It’s a place where you definitely need a sturdy pair of boots. We aren't about fancy office culture here. Most of us are more comfortable on the plant floor than sitting at a desk. The air has that industrial weight to it, and there's always a truck moving somewhere nearby. We handle a lot of the daily grind ourselves. It’s about keeping the flow going and making sure we don't hit any snags in the production. The village nearby gives it a bit of a different feel than a city industrial park. You see a bit more of the local life mixed in with the big factory stuff. We don't have any scripted speeches about what we do. We just show up, do the shifts, and head home. It’s a big operation but we try to keep it feeling like a regular workplace. Some days are long and the Gujarat sun is unforgiving, but we’ve been doing this long enough that it’s just part of life. The dust gets everywhere, no matter how much we clean.
