Our office is up on the third floor of Rajkamal Arcade. It is unit 503/2/B T/F-18. We are right in the middle of the G.I.D.C. in Ankleshwar, so there is always a lot of activity outside. You can hear the sounds of the industrial area all day long. The building itself is a bit older, and the elevator can be a bit moody, so we often just take the stairs. Working in Bharuch district means we are used to the heat and the busy pace of trade. We handle the import and export side of things. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork matches the goods and that the trucks are on time. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and transport guys. The office has a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just cluttered with files and registers. We like the local tea from the shop downstairs. Sometimes the internet goes slow when it rains, but we manage. We’ve been operating from this arcade for a while and the neighbors are all good people. It’s a simple, honest business. We just try to stay on top of the daily tasks without too much fuss. It keeps us busy from morning to evening.
