Divine Ice Cream Parlour

Divine Ice Cream Parlour is situated at Dahej Focal Point in Phase VII. This area is mostly industrial, so there is a lot of dust and noise from the nearby factories. Our shop is a small place where people come to get away from that for a bit. We have the freezers lined up against the wall and a couple of tables that have seen better days. It is usually quiet during the afternoon when everyone is at work, but it picks up in the evening. I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass on the display cases because fingerprints show up easily. The location isn't very pretty, but it works for us. We get a lot of truck drivers and workers who just want something cold. I keep the radio on low in the background so it isn't too silent when I am alone. Sometimes I have to fix the latch on the freezer door because it sticks. We don't have a fancy menu or anything like that. People just look at what we have in the buckets and point to what they want. Running a parlour in an industrial zone means you deal with a lot of heat. I usually sit near the back where it is cooler. It is a quiet existence, just keeping the ice cream frozen and the floors swept. We don't expect much, just enough customers to keep the lights on and the fridge running.
