So, we are over at Shalimar Complex on Station Road. It’s tucked behind the Shalimar Hotel, so you have to look a bit behind the main building to find Plot No- 8. It’s a good location because the train station is right there, so people drop off their laptops on their way to work. We deal with computer stuff all day. Repairs, parts, and just helping people figure out why their screen isn't turning on. It’s dusty back here sometimes with all the construction and the trains, but the office stays okay. We aren't a big chain store or anything. Just a few of us who like taking things apart and putting them back together. We’ve been here a while now. Some days it’s really quiet and then suddenly five people walk in with broken chargers. We just handle it as it comes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or their cousin told them we fixed their PC last month. We keep some spare parts in the back room, though it's a bit of a mess in there right now. We try to be fair with what we charge. Dealing with technology is frustrating for most folks, so we just try to make it less of a headache. If you’re coming from the hotel side, just walk around the back and you’ll see us.
