Our office is located at 231 Raj Ratan Society Road in Zadeshwar. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually quite like. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, and it’s become a bit of a second home. We aren't the kind of developers who have a massive showroom with lights and music. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of sketches of houses and buildings. Most of our time is spent out on the dirt, checking on how things are coming along. When we are in the office, it’s usually to settle bills or talk to someone about a plot. The neighborhood around Zadeshwar has been growing, and we have seen a lot of houses go up around us. We just focus on our own tasks and try not to get distracted by how fast things are changing. It’s just a handful of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the accounts. There is always a layer of dust on everything because of the construction work nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to keep working and making sure the things we build actually stand up. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We're usually here from morning until late evening.
