Raja Clinic

Our little spot here in Pai Bagh is pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main roads. It’s tucked away a bit, so you really have to know where you’re going to find Raja Clinic. We’ve been set up in this neighborhood for a while now, and most of the people who come in live just a few streets away from us. It’s a simple setup with just the basic rooms and a small wooden desk where we handle all the paperwork. Sometimes the old printer jams and we have to write everything out by hand, which takes us a bit longer but we get it done. We don’t have a fancy website or any of that modern stuff. People just walk in when they aren't feeling well. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't quite gotten around to it yet. We mostly deal with the usual stuff like fevers, stomach aches, or small injuries. It’s just a neighborhood clinic. On rainy days, the floor gets a bit muddy from everyone coming in, so we spend a lot of time mopping it up. We know most of the families around Pai Bagh by now. It’s nice seeing familiar faces, even if they’re coming in because they are feeling sick. We just try to get through the daily list of patients and make sure everyone gets seen before we head home for the evening. It's not a big operation, just us doing our bit here in the community every single day.
