Jyotsna Enterprises

You can find us at Rose Villa, No. 5, near Saras Circle. Being in the National Capital Region means everything around us is always changing, but our little spot stays pretty much the same. Jyotsna Enterprises is just the name we use for the work we do here. It’s a house that we’ve converted into a workspace, so it feels more comfortable than a cold office building. We have a small garden out front that’s mostly overgrown because none of us are very good at gardening. Inside, we’ve got our computers set up on whatever tables we could find. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, with boxes stacked in the hallway and wires running along the floor. We don’t have any fancy signage outside. We just do our work and talk to our customers over the phone or when they drop by for a quick chat. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. We don't use big words or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be finished by the end of the day and we do it. The kitchen is where we spend most of our breaks, drinking tea and complaining about the heat. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been in this area for a few years now and know the local shopkeepers well. It works for us.
