We are based in Bharatpur at House Number 4/691, which is quite close to Amar Vidya Mandir on Sewar Road in Gandhi Nagar. It is a quiet spot compared to the big cities. The building is a simple structure and we share the street with a few other local businesses and regular houses. Working here for Khd Humboldt Wedag involves a lot of coordination and technical checking. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small one so people can find us. The office inside is mostly just desks with monitors and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s a small team here in Rajasthan, and we all help out with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the dust from the road comes in if we leave the windows open, so we try to keep them shut. We usually have tea together in the morning before the real work starts. There is no talk of missions or visions here. We just look at the project requirements and try to get the engineering right. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Most of us have lived in Bharatpur our whole lives, so we know the area well. We don't bother with fancy brochures or sales pitches. People who need our technical help usually know where to find us. It’s a calm place to work, and we like the pace of things here. It feels real and grounded.
