Jyeshtha Club and Resorts is based at 321 Sathagally. It’s a simple address and a simple office. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights. It’s just where we go every day to get our work done. We have been in the club and resort business for some time now, and we’ve learned a lot along the way. Our office is just one room with some desks and a lot of papers. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves if someone knocks. Sathagally is a quiet enough place, which is good for focusing. We spend most of the day on the phone or working on the computer. There are always bills to pay and schedules to make. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just a small group of people trying to run a business. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a polished image. We just do the work and hope for the best. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We like being in this area because it’s familiar to us. We don't have a big mission or any lofty goals. We just want to keep the club and the resorts running properly for everyone. It’s a lot of small tasks that fill up our day. We just take it as it comes.
