About Jaina Safety Glass Industries – Automobile in Bharatpur
We’ve been over here at G-35 in the Brij Industrial Area for a good while now. Bharatpur gets pretty hot in the summer, and working around these glass tempering furnaces doesn't make it any cooler, but that's just how the day goes. Most mornings start with checking the schedule and seeing what sizes of safety glass need cutting. It’s loud in the workshop because of the cutting tables and the polishing machines running all at once. We handle a lot of different sheets every day, moving them carefully so nothing chips or cracks before it gets toughened. People usually just drop by the office if they need something specific for a project. It’s not a fancy place, just a lot of steel racks and crates filled with glass. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, which gives us time for a quick tea break. The floor is always covered in a bit of fine glass dust even though we sweep it constantly. It is hard work, especially when the orders pile up during the busy months. We just focus on getting the glass cut right and loaded onto the trucks without any fuss. The neighbors in the industrial area are mostly the same folks we’ve seen for years. It’s a busy spot but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the machines and the truck drivers coming in and out. There is always glass being moved around on the rollers, and the sound of the glass edges being ground smooth fills the air from morning until night.
