Jaina Honey & Natural

Being out here at G-35 in the Brij Industrial Area means we are surrounded by a lot of other warehouses and factories. It's not the most scenic place to work, but it suits what we do with the honey and natural products at Jaina Honey & Natural. The smell of honey is pretty strong inside the unit, which is nice compared to some of the other stuff being made in this area. We spend most of our mornings unloading containers and checking the quality of the batches that come in. It’s messy work sometimes because honey gets everywhere if you aren’t careful. We have a small staff and most of them have been with us since we started. There is a small tea stall at the corner of the industrial area where we usually take our breaks. The dust from the road can be a bit of a problem, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and the jars. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come to visit, you'll probably see us in our work clothes moving boxes around. It is a straightforward business. We just focus on getting the product packed and sent out to the shops that sell it. The winters here are a bit cold in the warehouse, but we just wear extra layers and keep moving. It's a lot of manual labor, but it's honest work and we like being part of the Brij community.
