Infinity Pickle Private Limited

We are located in the village of Kurka, which is near Uchchain in the Bharatpur district. It is a quiet area surrounded by fields. Our business is called Infinity Pickle Private Limited. As you can guess from the name, we spend a lot of time with jars and spices. Making pickles is a slow process; you can’t really rush it. The smell of oil and mustard seeds is always hanging in the air around our place. It’s not a high-tech factory. It’s mostly manual work, like chopping the vegetables and mixing in the salt and spices. We have a small crew of people from the village who come in to help. The building is just a plain structure that keeps the rain out and gives us enough room to store the jars while they sit and mature. Sometimes the monkeys from the trees nearby try to get into things, so we have to be careful about keeping the doors shut. Bharatpur has a lot of history, but we are just focused on our small corner of it. We don't have a website or anything fancy. We just write down our orders in a ledger and make sure the lids are on tight. It is a lot of waiting and watching the weather. It’s a simple business but it keeps us on our toes every season. We just do what needs to be done to get the jars filled and ready.
