Gm Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Village Pamnadi. To get here, you have to go through Post Unbadada Gaon in the Baswa Tehsil area. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the city, usually coming via Bandikuin in the Dusa district. Being out in the village means it is a lot quieter than the industrial hubs, though we still have the noise from our own work going on. The site is large because land is not as tight here as it is in the towns. We have the sheds where the alloys are handled and a small area for the administrative bits. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages, so there is a local feel to the place. We do not have fancy signs or a glass front. It is a practical setup made of concrete and metal. The weather really affects us out here, especially in the summer when it gets very hot or during the rains when the roads around Pamnadi get a bit muddy. We just deal with it as it comes. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. It is not a fast-paced corporate environment. We take our time to make sure things are done.
