Ghansi Bhau Juice

At Ghansi Bhau Juice, things are always a bit hectic. We are located at Plot No.28 in Krishna Nagar, right near the Laxman Mandir. If you know where the Punjab National Bank is in Bharatpur, then you’ve definitely passed by us. We spend our mornings getting the fruit ready and making sure everything is clean for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping and squeezing. The shop isn't very big, so we’re often bumping into each other when it gets crowded. Customers come in and out all day, especially when the weather is hot. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us who know the drill. Sometimes we run out of certain fruits because the market was short, and we just have to tell people. It’s honest work. The noise from the street is always there, but we’re used to it by now. We try to keep the counters wiped down, though sticky spills happen more often than we’d like. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a local spot where people stop for a quick drink before heading back to work or home. We see the same faces every week, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We just focus on the task at hand.
