We are based in Hiradas, which is in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. Our office for Eta Engg. Pvt. Ltd is located right there with the postal code 321001. Being in Rajasthan, it can get very dusty and hot but we have made our workspace comfortable enough for the team. It is a plain building without much decoration. We focus more on the engineering drawings and the technical specs than on how the office looks. Most of the folks here have been working with us for years. We know the area well and we are used to the local pace of life. It isn't like the big cities where everyone is in a rush. We take our time to make sure the work is right, but we don't slack off either. There is a lot of history in Bharatpur and you can feel that even in the business areas. We have a few desks and some old shelves filled with books and old records. If you come to visit, we might offer you some water or tea and just talk like normal people do. We don't have a receptionist to filter calls. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. It’s a very direct way of operating. We are just a group of engineers and staff trying to do a good job in our hometown.
