Consantrese

Consantrese is based in a village called Madariyapura, which is in the Roopbas Tehsil of Bharatpur district. Being out here in Rajasthan is quite different from the big city offices. It’s a lot quieter and the pace of life is just different. We operate out of a modest setup in the village. It’s not where you’d expect to find a business like ours, but it works out well for us. Most of the people here know each other, so it’s a very close-knit environment. We don't really do the whole corporate polishing thing because it wouldn't feel right in this setting. We just focus on what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get supplies or meet people, but mostly we stay put and work. The weather can be quite tough in the summer, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep things moving. There’s something nice about working in a place where you can see the fields nearby. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just us in a room, making things happen. It’s a simple way of living and working that we’ve come to appreciate over the years. We take things as they come and try to stay helpful to those who need us.
