Out here in Bharatpur, at Block B on Plot 41, things move at their own pace. We are part of the industrial landscape in Rajasthan, and the yard is usually quite busy. Most people in the area know the spot. It's an honest day's work kind of place. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics and the actual manufacturing side of things. It can get dusty and hot, especially in the summer months, but the crew stays at it. We’ve got a lot of history here in Bharatpur. The building isn't anything modern or shiny, it’s just solid walls where we handle the operations. You'll find us mostly looking over production schedules or checking on the machinery. There isn't much time for small talk when the orders are high, but we make sure the job is finished properly. It's a big site, so there's always something that needs fixing or a truck that needs loading. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we just show up and do what needs doing. It’s about the heavy work, the metal, and making sure everything that leaves the gates is up to standard. It is noisy, it is hectic, but it is home for us. People around here know us as a staple of the local industry, and we take that seriously. It’s just how we operate daily to make sure the work gets done.
