Our business, Bmd Global Exim Private Limited, is located in Bayana. We are in the Madhuvan Vihar colony, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the Axis Bank because we are right behind it. It’s a small office that we run with Yogesh Kumar Garg. The area is generally quiet, which is helpful when we are trying to sort through all the export papers. We don't have any fancy signs or a big storefront. It’s just a room where we keep our files and do the daily work. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to figure out when things are going to move. Being in Bayana, we are part of the local community. We aren't trying to act like we are some huge company with thousands of workers. It’s just a small operation. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to stop working on the computers, so we just switch to the paper files until it comes back on. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't use complicated marketing words. We just tell people the truth about where their shipments are. If there’s a delay, we explain it simply. We just want to get the work done and keep things moving. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of dates and numbers, but it keeps us busy every day.
