Bharat Crank Pvt. Ltd. is based out of E-13 in Mie Phase 2. If you know the industrial area, you know it can be a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been in this unit for a while now, and it’s served us well. The space is mostly filled with equipment and metal parts. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes that have seen better days. We spend the day making sure the production stays on track. Some days the power goes out, and we all just sit outside and chat until it comes back on. That’s just part of working in Phase 2. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to get the work done right so the customers don't have a reason to complain. It’s a noisy environment, but we’ve all got our routines. The lunchroom is just a corner with a table, but it’s where we catch up on the local news. We like the grit of the place. It feels real. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just show up at E-13 every day and put in the hours. It’s a steady job and we’re happy to have it. The area is growing, but our little corner stays pretty much the same.
