We are located over in Shiv Colony here in Bayana. It’s a residential area and fairly quiet most of the time. Our office isn’t anything fancy to look at. It’s basically just a room where we keep all our records and meet with people from the neighborhood. We’ve been part of the Bayana community for a while now. People around here know us as the place to go when they want to put some of their money away for later. We aren’t some big firm with offices all over the country. We live right here in town. Dealing with money can be a bit confusing for some, so we try to keep things very plain. We don’t use big words or have those long, confusing forms that no one understands. We just explain how the savings work and help people fill out the necessary bits of paper. The office can get a little crowded when a few people show up at the same time, but we always manage. We’ve got a couple of desks and some chairs for folks to wait. It’s a local business through and through. We focus on helping the families in Shiv Colony and the nearby streets. Most of the people who come in are folks we see at the local market anyway. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don’t have a website with lots of features. We just prefer talking to people face-to-face in the office.
