You can find us in Bharatpur, right near Sony Academy and Neem-Da-Gate. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Rajasthan. The office is usually stacked with boxes and paperwork. We are an agency, so we deal with a lot of suppliers and local shops. There is always a lot of shouting and talking on the phones going on here. It gets very hot in the summer, so we have the coolers running full blast, which makes it hard to hear sometimes. The floor is made of plain stone and we have old wooden desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the right boxes get on the right rickshaws. The gate area is always crowded with people moving around, so getting things in and out takes a bit of patience. We don't have any fancy signs or anything. Just a small board outside. Most of our work is done through handshakes and old notebooks. We've been operating out of this Neem-Da-Gate area for a long time. It is a loud, busy environment but we are used to it. Every day is pretty much the same—counting stock, answering the phone, and making sure the orders are ready for whoever is coming to pick them up. It is just a regular local business doing what needs to be done to keep things moving and people in Bharatpur supplied with what they need.
