Trimurti Rice Mill

Trimurti Rice Mill is located in Soundad, which is under the Sadak Arjuni tehsil. Working in a rice mill in a place like this means your life follows the seasons of the farmers around you. When the harvest comes in, our Post Soundad location becomes a very loud and dusty place. We have the milling machines running for hours, turning the raw paddy into something people can actually use. It is a tough job and the air is always thick with the smell of grain. The mill itself is an older building but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time maintaining the belts and the rollers because if something breaks down during the busy months, it is a real headache. Local farmers bring their crops to us, and we spend the day weighing bags and keeping track of everything. It is a lot of heavy lifting and sweating, especially when the humidity is high. We have a small area where people can sit and wait, but mostly it is a working space. Everyone who works here is from the nearby villages, so we all have a connection to the land and the crops we are processing. We don't have fancy titles or a corporate office; we just have the mill and the work that needs to be finished before the sun goes down. It is a simple life but it is what we know best in Sadak Arjuni.
