Site Engg

Down here in Sindewahi, things move at their own pace. Site Engg is located on Nawargaon Road, right near the New Busstop in Triveni Nagar. It's a familiar spot for anyone living in the Chandrapur district. My father, A. R. Sheikh, started things off and we’ve just kept going. We do the engineering work that’s needed for the local sites around the Tahsil. It’s a practical kind of job. We spend our mornings checking on equipment and our afternoons out in the field. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the records and meet with people who need some help with their building or land. Being near the bus stop means there's always a bit of dust and noise, but it's convenient for everyone. We aren't trying to be some big corporation from the city. We’re just local people doing engineering work for other local people. Sometimes the roads get messy during the rains, which slows us down, but we always get to where we need to be. Most of the time, we are just wearing our work boots and carrying rolled-up blueprints. We know everyone in the neighborhood, and they know where to find us if something needs looking at. It's honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons. We're glad to be part of the community here and we plan to stay here for a long time.
