Shreeja Realty Private Limited is based out of House No. 462 in Wadner Bholji. We are situated right near the Police Chowki at the post office there, which is basically the main landmark if you’re trying to find us. It’s a quiet enough spot, and we like being part of the community here. The office is basically just a part of the house we set up to handle the real estate work. It’s nothing fancy, just a couple of tables and chairs where we sit down with neighbors to talk about land and housing. We started this because we saw a need for someone local to help out with property stuff around Wadner Bholji. Most people here know us by name, so we don't really need a big fancy sign or a lot of advertising. We just handle the buying and selling of plots and homes in the nearby villages. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but we just keep at it until it's done. It’s a slow pace of life here compared to the big cities, and we prefer it that way. We treat everyone who walks through the door like a regular person, not a client. It's just a practical way to run a business. We know every corner of this area, so we can usually tell you exactly what’s going on with a piece of land. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied.
