Sharda Auto Industries Ltd.

Our place is out in the Butibori industrial area, specifically at E-11. If you’ve ever been to Nagpur in the summer, you know how hot it gets inside a factory like ours. Sharda Auto Industries Ltd has been part of this landscape for years. We spend our days dealing with metal, machines, and the general noise of an auto parts plant. It’s loud and dusty, and by the end of the shift, everyone is usually covered in a bit of grease. That’s just how it is when you’re making parts. We don’t have a fancy reception area with soft chairs. Most of the space is taken up by the production line and stacks of materials waiting to be moved. The guys on the floor know their machines inside out. We have a routine that starts early in the morning before the sun really starts hitting the roof. It’s practical work. We make things that go into cars and trucks, and we make sure they are solid. We don’t spend time on big presentations or slick brochures. We’d rather spend that time making sure the machines are oiled and the orders are going out the gate. The MIDC area is a busy spot with trucks coming and going constantly. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in Nagpur.
