We've been around Bhandara for a while now. Nitin Arun Mankar handles things here at the Nerkesary Ward office, right near Hedgewar Square. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most of the time we’re just focusing on getting through the daily tasks and making sure the projects move along. People know where to find us if they need something. We don’t really do much fancy talk. The office address is 441904 in Maharashtra. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It’s mostly just hard work every day. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It’s not a huge fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the work done. You might see some of us grabbing tea nearby in the mornings. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary fuss. If there’s a problem, we fix it. That’s how it goes. Being part of the local scene in Bhandara feels right. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. Just a group of people working under the Shapoorji Pallonji name here. It’s practical work. We stay busy with the local projects and try to be helpful when folks stop by the square. It’s a straightforward life here at the ward. No big corporate mystery about it. We just keep our heads down.
