S. B. Chillies

We are out here in Bhiwapur village, not far from the Hanuman Mandir. It's a quiet spot in the Nagpur taluka. S. B. Chillies has been around for a while now. Most days, you'll see us busy handling the bags of dried chillies. The weather gets really hot here, especially in the summer months, but that’s actually quite good for the crops we handle. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Just a local setup. We spend our mornings sorting through what comes in from the fields nearby. It's dusty work, and your hands might sting a bit if you aren't careful with the seeds. People in the village know us well because we’ve been at this same spot for years. If you walk past the temple, you can usually smell the spice in the air. We don't have a fancy office. Just a place where we get things done and talk to the farmers who drop off their loads. Sometimes the trucks are late, or the rain messes with the drying process, but we manage somehow. We just focus on getting the chillies ready for whoever needs them. It's a simple life, really. We open up early and close when the sun goes down. Nothing too complicated about it. We just know our chillies and keep the business running as well as we can without much fuss or noise. It's just how we do things.
