Our office is located at Plot Number 54 in Antuji Nagar. We are very close to the Bhandewadi Railway Station, so we hear the trains going by all day long. It’s a sound we’ve gotten used to. Being near the station is actually great for transport, which is why we picked this spot for Redman Pharmaceuticals. We handle a lot of the logistical side of the medicine business. It’s mostly about moving boxes from point A to point B and making sure the paperwork matches up. The building isn't anything special to look at. It’s a practical space with concrete floors and sturdy shelves. We spend a lot of time on the phone with truck drivers and warehouse managers. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we are always cleaning. We aren't a high-flying corporate team. We are just regular people who know a lot about pharma distribution. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the work done before the sun goes down. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we know the area well. If the trains are delayed, we know it’s going to be a long day. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well so far. We don't need any big titles or fancy suits to get the job done properly.
