Mj Tikhalal Private Ltd is located out here in the Bhandara and Nagpur area of Maharashtra. It is a hot part of the country, especially in the middle of summer. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything stays dry and cool. The name Tikhalal is something we picked because it sounds right for what we do. We are just a small private company. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters in a skyscraper. Our workspace is a plain building where we spend our hours grinding and mixing. The traffic between Nagpur and Bhandara can be pretty bad, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. Most of us here have been working together for a long time. We know each other's families and we help each other out when things get busy. There is always a lot of dust from the spices, so we wear masks and try to keep the fans blowing the air out. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. If someone calls, they just talk to whoever is closest to the phone. It is a very direct way of doing things. We just want to get the work done and get the bags loaded onto the trucks. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is our job and we take it seriously.
