It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when things get hectic with all the project planning. Bhandara is a good place to be based out of. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, some maps on the walls, and a lot of coffee cups. We handle different infrastructure tasks around the region. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual sites where the work is happening. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it. People usually find us by asking around since we’re tucked away a bit. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on getting the projects through. It’s a small team here. We know each other's habits and how everyone likes to work. Some days we stay late to finish up reports, and other days we’re out the door early to check on a build. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’ve stayed in Aadarsh Nagar because it’s convenient for getting where we need to go. We're just local people trying to keep things running right.
