Irb Infrastructure Devlopers Ltd. is based over in Somalpur, which is in the Gondia district of Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a slower pace out here compared to places like Mumbai or Pune, but we still have plenty of work to do. We handle various infrastructure projects that are needed in this part of the state. Our office isn’t anything fancy to look at, it is just a place where we keep our tools and get our paperwork organized. Being in this region means we have to deal with the local weather and geography, which keeps us on our toes. Most of our staff are local people who know the roads and the communities around here. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or try to sound like a massive corporation. We just focus on the actual work that needs to be done. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy or the power goes out, but we always manage to keep things moving along somehow. It’s just a practical way of working for us. We spend most of our time out at the project sites or meeting with the local crews. When we are back at the office in Somalpur, it’s mostly about sorting out the accounts and planning for what comes next. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to keep working hard for the area. It is honest work and we like doing it here in our community every single day.
