We are based out in Bhandara, right on the main Bhandara Road. It is a good location because everyone passing through town eventually goes by our way. The office is a straightforward building, nothing too flashy or modern. We have got a small group of people here who have been together for a long time. It feels more like a small family than a company most days. We spend our time dealing with various projects and talking to people who drop by for a chat. Bhandara is a bit quieter than the big cities like Pune or Mumbai, and we like it that way. There is less rushing around for no reason. Our workspace is filled with maps, ledgers, and the smell of old paper and tea. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches about what we do. We just tell people what is possible and then we go out and do it. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the clock on the wall is always five minutes fast, but it does not really bother us. We have built a reputation just by being around and being reliable. On hot afternoons, we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. It is a plain, hardworking environment where everyone knows their job. We do not need anything more than that to keep things moving.
