If you are looking for us, we are tucked away behind J.K. School in the L.B. Shastri Ward. We share the space with R.W. Wyawahare. It’s a quiet corner of Bhandara, which is nice when we need to focus on some complicated blueprints or boring paperwork. Essar Constructions (I) Ltd. isn't a big, flashy company. We are a local business that handles construction and engineering projects around the area. Being near a school means it gets a bit noisy during the afternoons, but we don't mind the energy. Our office is simple. We have a few old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We aren't here to impress people with our furniture or a modern lobby. We care more about the quality of the concrete and the strength of the steel we use on-site. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on project timelines to make sure we aren't too far behind. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just work. People in the 441904 area know us because we’ve been around for a bit. We’ve had our share of delays and problems over the years, just like any other builder, but we always try to get through them.
