Dwelltree Constructions Private Limited is based out of Sakoli in the Bhandara district. We share a space with N D Nagpure at Property No. 2705. It’s in the Panchshil Ward, right near Fule Chowk. This isn’t a big city office with glass walls; it’s more of a local spot where people know each other. Being in the 441802 area means we work with a lot of people from around the neighborhood. The office is simple, with a couple of desks and some cupboards for our construction files. We spend a lot of time out at sites in the Bhandara area, so the office is mostly for when we need to do the accounts or meet someone. Fule Chowk is a busy little junction, so there’s always something going on outside. We have a lot of samples of wood and stone sitting around the room. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We’ve been doing this for some time now and like being part of the community here. The local chai wallah knows our order by heart. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth or by just walking past our door in Panchshil Ward. It’s a honest way to run a business. We just try to build things that will last for the families around here. It’s a slow and steady kind of life.
