Down here in the Bhandara district, we’ve been working the land and dealing with crops for quite a few years now. Adl Agriculture Ltd. isn't some giant corporation with skyscrapers; it’s more about the soil and the seasons. We spend most of our time out in the fields or in the storage sheds. We just produce what we can and sell it at the local markets. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. People in the district know us as just another group of folks working the ground. We use simple methods and try to keep our overheads low. There’s no secret to what we do. It’s just about being consistent and putting in the hours. We like the peace of the countryside here, even when the work is heavy and the sun is hot on our backs.
