Our branch is located at Hero Mile in Bhagalpur, right near the Engineering College. It is a well-known spot because of the college students always hanging around. We have been at this location for a while now, serving this part of the city. Even though the name on the sign is big, we are just a small local team running this specific outlet. Our day usually starts early, getting the cabinets ready and checking the overnight storage. The road near the Engineering College can get quite dusty and crowded, but we try to keep our place clean and welcoming. We do not have a big corporate office here; it is just the shop and the storage area. Most of our customers are locals from the Bhagalpur area or students looking for a break from their classes. We do not do much in the way of fancy advertising. We just rely on the fact that we are in a good spot and we keep our products cold. Sometimes the local power supply is a bit unreliable, so we have to stay alert and keep our backup systems ready. It is a practical, everyday job. We don't talk about missions or values; we just make sure the freezer stays at the right temperature and the customers get what they need without any trouble. It is a busy life, but we enjoy being part of the Hero Mile neighborhood and seeing familiar faces.
