Universal Book

Universal Book is located over in Ward No.21, right on Ghantaghar Road. Most folks around here know Masak Chak well, so finding us isn't usually too hard. We are quite close to the Ghantaghar itself, which is a nice spot to be. You can hear the sounds of the traffic and people going about their business all day long. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into the shelves. It gets a bit dusty with all the books sitting there, but we try to keep things organized enough so you can find what you need. We have been in this part of town for a good bit of time. Some days are busier than others, especially when school terms are starting or when people are looking for something specific to read. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. The street outside can get pretty crowded, especially near the clock tower area. It is a lively place to work. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just sort of know we are here on the road. The building is older, but it serves us well. We keep the lights on and the doors open for anyone passing through Masak Chak. It is a simple life running a bookshop in this neighborhood. We just take things as they come and try to keep the shelves stocked with whatever is in demand for the locals.
