Softmint Technology

You can find Softmint Technology at Shop No. 29 on the ground floor of Ganpati Plaza. We are quite close to Khaliphabagh Chowk, which is a really busy area on D.N Singh road. Since we are on the ground floor, we get quite a few people just walking in to ask questions about their computers or some software they're trying to use for their work. The shop is a bit small and can feel cramped when we have a lot of equipment in, but we've organized it so we have enough room to work on a couple of projects at once. We do a mix of things here, from helping people with their internet connections to setting up small programs for local businesses. It isn't a high-pressure environment at all. We usually have the radio on and just get through the day's tasks one by one. Sometimes the plaza gets really crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping, but it’s mostly quiet during the mornings. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a nice little community to be part of. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements, we just like working with technology and helping out the locals who aren't as tech-savvy as they’d like to be. The lighting in the shop could probably be better, and the front door sticks sometimes when it’s humid, but it’s our space. If you’re near the chowk and need help, just stop by.
