Sarvik Madhusudhan Readymade Garments Cluster Welfare Foundation is right here in Bhagalpur. We are based out of JP Complex at Kotwali Chowk, which gets pretty busy during the day with all the traffic and people coming in and out of the market. Most people know us because we are near Kajwali Lane. It is a good spot for what we do with readymade garments. Our space is in H No C3. It isn't a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. The foundation started because there are so many people here involved in the garment trade. Bhagalpur is famous for its textiles, so it made sense to have a group like ours right in the heart of the city. Usually, you will find a few of us sitting around discussing the daily tasks or checking on the cloth materials. The stairs in the complex are a bit narrow, and the noise from the street never really stops, but that is just how life is at Kotwali Chowk. We see a lot of local workers every day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or talk by the window where there is some light. It is just a regular local operation trying to keep things moving for the garment cluster. We don't have big signs or anything, just our name on the door and a lot of fabric lying around most of the time.
