Roop Vihar Resorts Private Limited is based in Bhagalpur, right near the Housing Board Chowk on Barari Road. We are situated in R. H. Lane, which is a fairly well-known spot. Dilip Kumar Singh’s family has been involved in this business for a long time. Bhagalpur is a big town, and our spot is in a location where people can actually find us without too much trouble. We aren't some giant corporation with offices in every major city. We are just here in Bhagalpur. The resort side of things is what we focus on, trying to give people a little break from their daily routines. It’s a local operation. We do the cleaning, the bookings, and the maintenance work ourselves. The lane can be a bit tricky to navigate with a car sometimes, but once you get here, it’s all fine. We don't use any of those polished slogans or marketing tricks. We just tell people we have rooms and some space for them to stay. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen the Housing Board area change quite a bit over the last few years. We just keep doing our daily work, making sure the gates are open and the rooms are ready for the next person.
