We have been operating Pragana Danwar Food Processor Pvt. Ltd. over here at A-14 in the Bank of India Colony for some time now. It’s a quiet enough area mostly but we stay busy with the machines running. Being near the BV College post office means there is always a bit of movement around the street. We started this place because we wanted to do something with food processing right here in our own neighborhood. The days usually start pretty early for us. We get the equipment going and check on the different batches we are working on. It’s not fancy work but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the machines act up or the power goes out, but that is just part of how things go when you run a business in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time making sure the food is handled properly and that nothing gets wasted. The colony is a good place to be based out of. Most people who live around here know us or at least see us coming and going from the unit. We aren’t a huge operation with hundreds of people but we have a small team that knows what they are doing. Every day is different depending on what kind of processing we need to finish up. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the bags are packed and ready to go out. It’s a simple life really.
