Paharpur Cooling Towers

You can find us at Quazwali Chawk, down Tikyatoli Lane in Bhagalpur. It is a busy part of Bihar. The lane is quite narrow, so getting large things in and out takes some planning. We have been operating out of this spot for a bit. It is an old-school way of working. We have our ledgers and our phones, and we spend a lot of time talking to local workers. The cooling tower business is steady because it is always hot here. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and tea cups, but we know where everything is. We do not use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand or through simple calls. The neighbors are mostly other small shops and houses, so there is always someone walking by or sticking their head in to say hello. It gets very crowded during the festivals, and sometimes we have to just stop work because the streets are full. We are not some giant corporation with a glass building. We are just a local branch doing our bit. We deal with the power cuts and the heat like everyone else in Bhagalpur. It is a lot of maintenance work and making sure the local industries have what they need for their cooling systems. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do every single day here in the lane.
