Industrial Engineers

We are based out in Maheshamunda, which is right by the NTPC site in Khalgaon, Bihar. Being so close to the power plant means there is always something happening around here. We deal with engineering work, and since we are in Bhagalpur, we see a lot of industrial activity. The environment is pretty rugged. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit to work. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with mechanical parts or site visits. The dust from the roads and the nearby projects is just something we have gotten used to over the years. Our setup is practical because that is what the job requires. We aren't here to make things look pretty; we are here to make sure things work. The local guys who work with us know the terrain and the specific challenges of working in this part of Bihar. Sometimes the power goes out or the logistics get complicated because of the location, but we just figure it out. It is a no-nonsense type of place. We don’t have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. People find us because they need engineering help in this specific area. We just take it one day at a time, finishing one job before moving on to the next one. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening every day.
