Hmt Education And Welfare Foundation is located in a village called Aamapur. We are quite close to the Pipa Pool, which most people in the Kahalgaon area know well. Our post office is in Ekchari and the police station is in Ghogha. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment. It’s just a few of us who grew up here and wanted to do something for the kids in the village. Education is the main thing we look at, but we also help with general welfare whenever we can. Sometimes that means fixing a leaky roof for someone or helping a student who can’t afford their exam fees. Bhagalpur is a big district, but our focus is right here in this corner of the Anchal. We don't have big meetings or write long reports. We just talk to the parents and the teachers to see what’s missing. The work is steady and it keeps us busy every day. The weather can be a challenge, especially when it rains and the Pipa Pool area gets hard to navigate, but we make it work. We are honest people doing simple work because we think it’s the right thing to do. No one here wears a suit. We are just part of the community, trying to be useful where it counts. We have lived here all our lives and plan to stay right here.
